Employment Process: Payment Processing
- SmartWork ensures it processes payments on a daily basis by same-day CHAPS for its flexible workforce clients
- We can pay on a Weekly or Monthly basis. Employees simply choose whatever payment option suits them best
- £22.95 adjustment for Weekly Pay (as little as £11.25 net)
- £60 adjustment for Monthly Pay (as little as £29.40 net)
- We process all business-related Expense Claims on our employees’ behalf in accordance with HMRC specifications and definitions. This ensures 100% compliance with HMRC guidelines [We are also fully supported by an HMRC Expenses Dispensation]. We process expenses on a Weekly or Monthly basis according to individual preference [original receipts must be supplied for full compliance purposes]
- All payslips, expenses and invoices can be monitored and reviewed by each employee on the SmartWork portal. SmartWork Client Managers are also available to deal with any queries 7 days a week.
